I am a self-taught quilling artist with a lifelong love of art and creativity. Although life has become busier over the years, my passion for creating has always remained close to my heart.
Creativity is an important part of who I am. I find inspiration in the art, colours and beauty that surround me, allowing these influences to flow naturally into my work. For me, creating art is more than a hobby — it is a way to express myself, find inspiration and bring something beautiful into the world.
Alongside my love of art, I feel deeply passionate about sustainability and the importance of making more thoughtful choices for our planet. I believe that creativity and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand, and that we can create beautiful, meaningful things while showing greater appreciation for the materials and resources around us. This is one of the reasons paper quilling holds such a special place in my heart: it allows me to transform simple strips of paper into intricate works of art, giving an everyday material a new purpose through creativity and care.
When people ask me, “Why quilling?” my answer is simple. What began as a hobby gradually grew into a deep and lasting passion.
